PCD is made by micron diamond particles and binder (cobalt or silicon) at high temperature and high pressure sintering.PCD is mainly divided into three types: strengthen the ring, with reinforcing ring and heat stable. For each type, and according to the wire surface quality requirements, we can choose the particle size of the PCD from 1μm to 50μm .All cores in PCD particles are arranged free, so it make each PCD dies wear is uniform and ensure the roundness of the wire.
According to the different needs of customers,Our company has imported PCD dies, Domestic high crystal PCD die (Cobalt base) ,the domestic polycrystalline dies (Silicon) for the customer to choose, Size range of 0.04mm-35mm(larger or smaller size according to customer's request)
